What is Covered?*
- A one-time, single-incident occurrence of accidental damage caused by a pet to a covered furniture product
- Household food and beverages
- Human and pet bodily fluids
- Household food oil and grease
- Dye transfer
- Cosmetics or nail polish
- Ballpoint pen ink or wax crayon
- Rip, tear or cigarette burn(s)
- Frame, springs, joints, or mechanisms
- Power motion components
- Adjustable base bed frames
- Liquid marks or rings, heat marks
- Scratches which penetrate the finish
- Warping, lifting or bubbling of veneers
- Breakage of glass
- Eligible for replacement*
What is Not Covered?*
- Wear and tear
- Markers
- Accumulation of stains, soiling, and perspiration
- Seam separation and manufacturer defects
- Abuse or misuse
- Cracking and peeling, fading and discolouration
